We went for dinner. All the dishes were very good. My favorite was seafood salad. I could see the chef's technique I wish I could visit again. The server picked wine for us. That was perct . Of course the service was very, very nice.

If food were my religion, this would be a visit to the Vatican or Mecca. The food was fantastic and I often found myself shaking my head in disbelief. Every single dish was well thought out, and the service was fantastic. If you happen to find yourself in Gaeta, definitely stop in here, they know what they are doing.

A restaurant as beautiful as Gaeta. From the amazing service to the fantastic food we could not fault a single thing. I don't normally take the time to write a restaurant review but this restaurant is clearly something special - you won't be disappointed. Even though we went in the middle of the quiet season all of the produce was incredibly fresh. Compliments to the Chef and the whole team. I hope we will be back soon. My favourite dish was the cod, I highly recommend it!
